Hi, I'm Tara.

I am 38 years old, been married for 16 years and have two beautiful kids.

I have put in so much effort to reach my pre-baby figure for years now .. I have tried everything imaginable.

I woke up at 4:30 am on weekdays to attend fitness classes, such as pilates, yoga, boot camps, spin and cross training.
